Act to modernize legislative provisions as regards the protection of personal information

As part of the new Act to modernize legislative provisions as regards the protection of personal information (the “Act 25”), which comes into force on September 22, 2022, we appoint Dr. Jean-Marc Dumoulin as the person responsible for the protection of our clients' personal information.
